Sometimes, sadness seems to envelop me completely, like an oppressive cloak that limits my view of the world. Today, however, I have found a way to address this state. I am in an enclosed garden, a space that, though small and bounded, offers me a comforting calm. I hold a lilac flower in my hands, whose soft textures and delicate colors contrast with the weight of my sadness. Touching its petals, I feel a palpable link to the life and beauty that surrounds me.
Depression, with its ability to cloud the spirit and take over every corner of our existence, can be overwhelming. However, in this garden, I find a small sanctuary where nature offers me glimmers of hope. Here, amidst the tranquility of the plants and the soft lilac color of the flower, I find the strength to face and overcome my pain.
We continue to maintain the intention of the project so that any woman can participate, recognize herself, see herself with more confidence, forget complexes and truly love herself.
