CERTAINTY
In the search for the healing of the link with my body, I have thought about what I should teach my daughters to have a good life, although I don’t know, and perhaps I will never find the answer.
Something that I feel safe to tell you is that you have certainty, certainty about the body, our closest contour, that it is perfect as it is… always!, that it is wise because it speaks to us, it tells us how we feel, it allows us to free ourselves from what it is not comfortable or safe and takes care of our soul.
It is the channel through which love is expressed, it is the original territory that we inhabit as women, as human beings.
The body is the path that we feel the most and reminds us in the most intimate and close way of each of the experiences in our history, good and bad.
The way we recognize the other or the other is in the very recognition of our being, inhabiting a body, the certainty that consciousness of existence allows makes us compassionate, loving, powerful and generous.
How emotions flow inside us and are reflected on the outside is amazing and beautiful, the way the body translates what the outside produces is the very expression of nature, that’s why there are no ugly or pretty faces or better bodies or worse, we are perfect in constant change and learning.
We continue to maintain the intention of the project so that any woman can participate, recognize herself, see herself with more confidence, forget complexes and truly love herself.
