I have never been able to be myself, I have had to adapt to a behavior in which society and my own family are able to accept me. But where is what I am? Where does my happiness go?
I want to connect with the person I am, to be able to feel that happiness of doing what I like, to wake up with the desire to go out and show the world that I am not like them, that I have that “something” that makes me not “normal.” But life has taught us that it is “wrong” not to act like everyone else does, they put you in a mold where we all have to be equal. Today I decide that I am not going to fit into that mold, that I am going to fight to be happy in my own way and show myself what I am capable of.
