Small revolution
When I began to understand various situations that I lived around my nudity, something in me changed. It changed the way I see myself in front of a mirror, how I see others and how I feel my femininity. It changed the way I use clothes and the place of importance that I gave them, either to feel good or when I couldn’t find my size and for some reason that made me hate my body.
When I started sharing my nudity, my relationship with my moon also changed, I became more perceptive to my physical and mood changes. I began to understand that this body is mine, it does not belong to others. I learned to set limits, to know how to say no, something that is very difficult for women. Finally, I began to feel beautiful, not because others told me so, but because that’s how I was feeling. Of course, I began to invite other women to live this experience of taking off their clothes for a moment and enjoying their bodies.
Today I can say that getting naked was my little personal revolution.
We continue to maintain the intention of the project so that any woman can participate, recognize herself, see herself with more confidence, forget complexes and truly love herself.
